Restoration Room, PLLC is a sanctuary for all humans—especially mid-life women and healthcare workers—dedicated to holistic self-discovery, well-being, and health.

Through supportive CommUNITY, we embrace self-care, responsibility for health, and spirituality.

Our offerings- health coaching, Integrative Reiki, Healing Touch, sound healing, art, chanting, and movement, empower you to nurture mind, body, and spirit.

We’ve created a transformative space where you can learn, grow, and rediscover vitality with others.

Our positive CommUNITY reminds us we are never alone.

Inspired

I founded Restoration Room, PLLC after years as an ICU Nurse, where unspoken trauma was everywhere and holistic support was nowhere. Looking back, I wish there had been a place to heal in whole-person ways.

In January 2024, I turned that pain into action and opened this beautiful, love-filled, quaint healing space in Tucson, AZ.

You too deserve loving-kindness, restoration, and daily vitality as you age and live with power, wisdom, and passion. Together, we honor your contributions at work, home, and play.

At Restoration Room, we journey side by side into deeper awareness, supported by safe, connected CommUNITY. Our holistic modalities, education, and shared experiences strengthen confidence, purpose, and well-being.

We also partner with Tucson healthcare organizations to support Nurses and healthcare workers, enhancing workplace well-being, retention, and recognition of their invaluable gifts.
