Breathwork for Self-Awareness & Emotional Healing
A grounded, supportive experience for beginners and returning practitioners
This class offers a grounded, supportive breathwork experience for those new to breathwork as well as those returning for a deeper, more integrative approach.
Each session begins with simple teaching on the body’s need for safety and how the nervous system shapes emotions and coping patterns, followed by guided self-reflection to help you recognize your own body signals and habitual responses.
The experience includes a 45-minute guided breathwork session, practiced lying down in a calm, contained environment.
This style of breathwork may gently activate the nervous system, allowing emotions or sensations held beneath conscious awareness to surface safely. Rather than forcing release or immediate calm, the focus is on awareness, choice, and integration, supporting emotional clarity and long-term nervous system regulation.
You remain in control of your experience at all times. No prior breathwork experience is required.

Your Breathwork Facilitator Erica Palacios
Meet Erica, a certified Transformational Breath® Group Leader and Occupational Therapist whose work is rooted in lived experience, depth, and compassion. When her own life no longer felt aligned—despite doing everything “right”—Erica began an inward journey of listening, feeling, and reconnecting with her inner world.
Through breathwork, meditation, and learning to attune to nervous system cues, she uncovered the patterns and suppressed emotions that had kept her disconnected from her heart. This process became a doorway to deeper self-trust, spiritual connection, and authentic relationship.
Today, Erica is passionate about gently guiding others to understand and embrace their nervous system responses as a pathway to emotional freedom, self-discovery, and choices aligned with their truth.
