This workshop is a mix of expressive and imaginative writing prompts to help you create a new story, new you. The workshop will end with the grounding and integrative energy of Reiki.
**Expressive writing is a therapeutic and personal writing technique focused on exploring and processing your emotions. It’s a free-flowing style of writing that is informal, unedited and often messy allowing the writer to prioritize how they feel about an experience rather than just describing the events themselves.
Research links the practice to reduced stress and anxiety, enhanced mental well being and with longer term practice, it can also boost your immune system.
During this beautiful workshop, you’ll be guided through:
Powerful prompts to unlock your voice
Clarity on what you're ready to change or create
Space to write without judgment or rules
Intimate women's community
