What to Expect During Each Session…

Each 75-minute In-Person class is led by wellness and fitness experts to guide you in exercises, AND wellbeing.

Your class outline is…

~ Learning and/or Connection Circle:
You’ll check-in and connect as a group. Then, each week, you’ll explore different lifestyle strategies such as improving sleep, nourishing nutrition, mindfulness, stress reduction, and/or building resilience. You’ll also learn about your hormones and how they impact your health.

~ Movement Practice:
My Movement Mission is adaptable for all bodies and experience levels. Learn the fundamentals of resistance training, using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands and dumbbells, and how exercise impacts your changing body and hormones as you age.

You’ll master basic movement patterns to help you feel stronger, more fluid and more confident.

~ Closing Circle:
We end with a few moments of silence to reflect, absorb and celebrate your efforts! This is a time for bringing your body into a peaceful, balanced and energized state.
