Meet Your Gentle Yoga Teacher Elyssa Hartman
Elyssa is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor and has been leading classes since 1998. This practice will include gentle movements coordinated with breath work to release stress while building strength and flexibility.
Her classes include some yoga philosophy and humor as you move mindfully and playfully through the postures.
Participants should be able to get down to and up from the floor.
