Ladies Who Lunch and Learn

A quarterly gathering for brilliant women who refuse to age quietly and want to support themselves (and each other) from the inside to the outside.

Knowledge. Power. Connections. Friendships. Food.

This month’s Topic: Lunch, Learn and Let’s Talk VAGINAS!

Because here’s the truth: midlife women are powerhouses.

And also, we have questions. Big ones. About pelvic floors, heart health, hormones, brain fog, mental wellbeing, and all-the-things.

So let’s talk about them. Over lunch. With experts. And a whole lot of laughter.

Each quarter (Feb 18., May 20, Aug. 19, Nov.18), we’ll bring in a guest speaker who knows their stuff and isn’t afraid to dish out the kind of health intel that actually makes a difference.

You’ll walk away with insights you can use, wisdom you’ll want to share, and a new friend or two who totally get where you are in life.

And the lunch? Fresh, flavorful, and designed to make your cells sing, from local Tucson favorites! Because nourishment should feel like celebration, not punishment.

TOPIC: Lunch, Learn and Let’s Talk VAGINAS!

An educational overview of pelvic health and vagina therapy focused on awareness and integration.

We’ll explore what’s normal, what’s common, and what your body may be communicating beneath the surface, including subconscious patterns and how stress, posture, movement, and life experience show up in the pelvic floor.

Practical and informative, this conversation is designed to make sense of something most women were never taught and to support understanding how your body responds across different life transitions.

Your AMAZING February Guest Speaker

Jeanetta Bodie

Jeanetta Bodie is a pelvic health yoga therapist, somatic educator, and women’s health specialist with over a decade of experience supporting women through pelvic health concerns, hormonal transitions, recovery, and return to strength. She is the co-founder of Soma Moon Wellness, an online wellness education platform that specializes in women’s health.

Jeanetta’s work focuses on helping women understand how their pelvic floor, breath, and nervous system work together and how to apply clinical guidance in daily life with clarity and confidence.  Her approach to Vagina Therapy is educational, non clinical, and grounded in lived experience. Rather than offering exercises to follow, she teaches women how to listen, interpret, and respond to what their bodies are communicating.
