Permission to Play Reflective Writing and Mindfulness Workshop with Erin
When was the last time you let yourself play just for the sake of it?
As adults, we often forget that joy is something we can actively practice.
Join us on August 15th for a reflective writing workshop dedicated to reclaiming joy and playfulness in our adult lives.
We’ll begin by softening our analytical minds with a grounding mindfulness practice and guided meditation, opening up a safe space to connect with our inner child.
From this space of ease, we’ll use reflective writing prompts to explore where play lives in your day-to-day life and discover how to cultivate sustainable joy through simple, intentional actions.
Come give yourself permission to play!
What you'll get inside the workshop:
A gentle mindfulness practice
Curated reflection prompts
Your personal joy blueprint
A supportive space to share
You’ll leave this workshop with a lighter spirit, a renewed sense of wonder, and a practical joy map of small, playful actions to relieve stress and bring more fun into your everyday life.
Your Health Investment: Early bird $37 until August 1, then $47
