Close out Pride by coming home to your body. Join us for an intimate evening of intention setting and breathwork, Thai massage, guided meditation, and a closing sound bath with crystal and Tibetan sound bowls.
A comprehensive self-care ritual designed with queer people in mind to help you unwind, restore, and reconnect.
New to any of these modalities? Our facilitator Sam is here to guide you through it. She is an expert in making people feel welcomed and cared for. If you are intrigued, we encourage you to try this!
The Details
Tickets are by donation on a sliding scale. Suggested price is $50-$75. Your ticket covers the cost of event production, serves as an exchange for Sam's time, and allows us to continue offering ongoing accessible programming.
What to Expect
Settle in with hot sipping chocolate and tea
Make space with intention setting and guided breathwork
Release physical tension by practicing yin yoga with hands-on Thai massage techniques (gentle stretching with compressions and accupressure)
Active and rewire with yoga nidra (a form of guided meditation)
Integrate with a sound bath tuned to the intentions of the group
Start July feeling restored and recentered
Meet our Facilitator
Sam Studley (she/her) is a licensed massage therapist and healing facilitator with a deep love and interest for self-compassion through the lens of yoga and intentional living.
As a bodyworker for 13 years, Sam loves to share experiences for people to lean into the safety of rest while returning to themselves in an ever-changing world.
Sam is happiest when either on a trail or in a boat! She and her partner are living their best lives in Flagstaff and will relocate soon to Moab, Utah for even more adventures.

Unfortunately for this event tickets are non-refundable/exchange-able! Please double check your calendar. In the event you are no longer able to make it, you are welcome to give your ticket to a friend. Just send us an email 24 hours in advance.
