Meet Olesya Zrezartseva — healer, guide and wholehearted wellness companion.

Olesya comes to this work with 15 years of experience, rooted in her lineage of energy healing through her Ukrainian great-grandparents.

After seven years building her own personal training business in NYC, Olesya followed her heart into the fuller picture of what healing can look like. Today she holds space for her clients through an expansive range of modalities — Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Thai massage, Reiki, psychosomatic therapy, breathwork, channeled sound healing, and small group fitness — meeting each person exactly where they are and crafting an experience that feels truly their own.

Olesya carries a genuine, deep care for the people she works with. She believes the body is wise, and that when we slow down to listen to it, remarkable things happen.
